I-Fri: Speed

Just a little one this week: (these kids are about to gain some speed really fast!)

I was sad to find out that the new-supposedly-waterproof pens that I bought smudge just like the rest of them! (though not as badly, admittedly.) They are Faber Castell ecco pigment. What do other watercolourists use?

and here's a little bonus: a birthday card for a 3 year old.

Hi lil kim! I love this! it really gives you the feeling that ur gonna go real fast!!!GREAT WORK!
i received my new dick blick catalog yesterday and funny that you ask because this caught my eye:
Sakura Pigma Micron Pen. Unlike dye-based ink found in most pens, Pigma ink will not feather or bleed through the thinnest paper, is fade-proof against sunlight or UV light. Permanent, waterproof, pigmented ink in a fine-point drawing and writing pen. I hope that helps!!!

Hey, I use the pigma micron pens too. I'm in Sydney and got them from an art shop, so you shouldn't have too much trouble finding them.
